Courses given at the Berner Fachhochschule

I am Professor at the Berne University of Applied Sciences (BFH in German). Where I currently give the following courses.

Advanced Web Technologies I present the different Java technologies for Web programming. From Servlet and JSP to JSF and also the possiblity to write JavaScript programs in Java, like in Google Web Toolkit.

 

Web and Apps This course is given together with Reto Koenig. My site does only contains the Web Programming part (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, ...) .

 

Computer Science basics This course is intended for first year students in CS bachelor and for master students in the Master of forensics sciences. The course intends to present low level programming in assembler and C.

 

IT security speciality (3rd part) I present in this course the main principles of Web Security, based mainly on the OWASP Top 10, a list of major vulnerabilities for web applications.
